How to register for Matrimony section
Click on the “register now” button.You will be taken to the registration options.Select the option, Matrimony and you will be directed to matrimony registration form.
Fill up all required fields. The user name is unique to you of your choice.
Remember your username, password and security question & the answer.
Username and security question & answer can be used to retrieve password in case you have forgotten it.
You may complete the filling of the registration form in more than one step, but on completing the compulsory fields of the registration form.
Using your username and password, you can log into your profile page and fill the remaining pages at your leisure, using the update profile button.Please keep the scanned copy of horoscope in your computer. They should be in the form of an image file. This will be helpful in filling the form faster.
Horoscope can be entered manually also in the space provided for the purpose. It may take some time to get the symbols entered depending on the speed of the internet connection.
In case you want to delete the profile, due to, say, you are successful in finding a life partner; you can do so by using the delete button. We encourage you to delete your profile so as to avoid unwanted queries from other members.
After the registration, the system allots an ID to your profile. Your future reference is based on this ID. Please note the ID.
How to upload Horoscope.
Please get the horoscope scanned as an image and save in your computer. Using the browse button you can select the desired image of horoscope. And then the horoscope will be uploaded when you click on the register button.
Alternately you can fill the Grahanila and Amshakam fields yourself in appropriate places.
Click on the “update” button to make the changes.
How to upload and delete photos
Please get your photo scanned as an image and save in your computer. Using the browse button you can select the image. And then the photo will be uploaded when you click on the register button.
Alternately you can click on the “update” button to make the changes.
Up date function can be used to change or delete your photo.
Only a registered member can see your photo. Clicking on the thumb nail view of the photo will enlarge it for better viewing.
Special features of matrimony section.
When a new profile is added, all other members of the matrimony section will be informed.
The member also will be informed the user name and password through the registered E-mail ID. Please note them for future reference.
Facility is provided to send mail for showing interest in a selected profile.
How to view members details and edit your details.
Click on the members menu.
You can now see a list of members with their brief description.
You can access complete details if you are a registered member.
To register as a member, Click on the “register now” button
You will be taken to the registration options.
Select the option, members.
Once selected you will be directed to members registration form.
Also you can view your profile in detail, edit the profile using the edit profile button and delete your membership as you wish.
We advice you to use your most commonly used e-mail ID and not to use any official ID.
We request you to edit your profile whenever any change is required.
Changes may be for example, change in telephone number, address etc. Updating is important to keep our data bank up-to-date.

How to use the classified menu to your advantage.
Classified menu has two options.
One for those seeking jobs and another for those who provide jobs and services. This section is open to all communities.
Any one who needs jobs can apply for jobs through this section.
Similarly those who can provide services like pooja, facility managements, etc are requested to use this facility. An example for this may be the catering services, renting out Kalyanamandapams, providing help for darshanam at temples, creating horoscopes etc. The uses are numerous and are left to the imagination of the individuals.
How to use Guest book.
Guest book is meant to record valid suggestions and comments for continuous improvement of this unique web site.
We believe without active participation, the purpose of launching this site will be defeated.
We therefore request all participants to offer useful comments/suggestions for ways to improve the usefulness of this web site to the community.
At the same time we also request you not to use this web site for publishing statements which may hurt other’s feeling.
To use this facility, click on Guest book menu. A page appears displaying the comments/suggestions given by other members. Click on post comments button. Fill up the details. Check the box named private entry. Click on continue button. Wait till you see the confirmation page.
Your suggestion/comment will be published on approval from the webmaster. This may take few days.
How to use News and announcements section
You may contact support@fornamboothiri.com or fornamboothiri@gmail.com with the material you want to publish along with your name and other details. We will publish them if the contents are for the common cause of the namboothiri community. An example of such announcement may be “a request for financial assistance”. Such requests will be published if it is referred by and supported by any other registered members.
